    Noam has 15 years of experience in software development and project management in the aerospace and automotive industries. He has gained experience in large corporations and startups, including in the Israeli Aircraft Industry, at Renault-Nissan alliance, and Carly automotive. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.

  • Oded Medina Ph.D. Head of Algorithms

    Oded has vast experience in the fields of kinematics, motion planning, flexible robots, and sensors. He has worked in both advanced robotics research laboratories and supported industrial applications. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Dawn Cirkl USA Business Operations

    Dawn has 25 years of experience in developing and marketing software and hardware telematics solutions for the construction and heavy machinery industries. She has worked for Trimble as a VP of Visibility, GM of Lifting (Solutions Division), and was Global Director of Client Services. She holds a B.Sc. in Finance and an MBA.

    Aviv, a partner and joint GM of Skyline Cranes & Technologies, Israel's leading tower crane rental company. Aviv, a well-known expert in the field of cranes, is leading the most complex projects constructed in Israel and abroad. Aviv is a Chief Consultant to the operational teams as well as Head of R&D, developing innovative, patented solutions in the tower crane industry.

  • Professor Gunnar Lucko, Ph.D.,M.ASCE Advisor

    As Professor of Civil Engineering at the Catholic University of America and Director of its Construction Engineering & Management Program, Gunnar’s research is quantifying performance delay, reduction in construction and the mathematical optimization of schedules/cost. He is published in 40 peer-reviewed journal papers and over 60 conference papers.

Skyline Cranes is privately owned with over 200 tower cranes for rent and services 500 client cranes. Skyline is the sole distributor and representative in Israel for Yongmao Cranes, (one of the largest crane manufacturers in the world), for AMCS Anti-collision systems, ENG Italian crane manufacturers, and other major companies in the tower crane industry.

Skyline regularly takes part in Israel’s most complex construction projects and has been globally developing innovative technologies that have vastly improved the tower crane industry.
